Living

The elegant 160 sqm villa is spread over two floors and has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own balcony or terrace and a safe. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with a large sofa bed for two additional guests. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Two stylish bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer add to the overall comfort. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, clothes horse and ironing facilities for longer stays. There is ample space for the safe and convenient storage of bicycles.

Enjoy the luxury of refreshing moments in your own swimming pool on hot summer days. The elegant outdoor pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden, is generously sized at 12 x 6 metres. Open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, this retreat invites you to sunbathe and relax on the comfortable loungers after a long swim.

The exterior of the villa is particularly charming, with an idyllic, manicured garden with barbecue facilities for sociable evenings, and two shady, covered terraces with stylish lounge furniture - one on the first floor and one on the upper floor with partial lake views - offering perfect retreats.
